PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All the prices include taxes. Checkout shows total price which includes taxes and possible discounts.
We always offer free shipping for orders of 20 euros or more. For orders under 20 euros the shipping cost is 2,90 euros. Delivery time is between 2-5 working days.
As soon as we have sent your order, you get a confirmation email which contains the tracking ID if the items were not sent in a letter. Please check also your junk mail folder for the confirmation email.
Currently we only ship to Finland.
CAUTION! Remember to pick up your order on time. If the packet is not picked up on time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 25 euros to cover the costs.
RETURN AND REFUND
In case you want to return some of the products you ordered, you must inform us within 14 days from the day you received your order. You can do this by sending an email to the address email@example.com. Remember to include your order number. The order will be refunded only if the product is undamaged, unused and in the original package. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for returning the products, for example in cases where the product is damaged or lost during the return delivery. Please pack the product really well.
Once you have informed us about the return, you have 14 days time to return the products. After we have received the products and confirmed that they are in good condition, we will refund the order in 14 days. We will send you an email to inform about handling the matter. Payment will be refunded via the same method you used for paying the order.
If you have received a faulty product, please inform us via email and wait for instructions before returning the product. When returning faulty products, we cover all the shipping costs. In case you need any further assistance regarding our return and refund policy, please contact our customer care.
